Introduction

This website brings together a collection of photos which I enjoyed taking and I hope you enjoy looking at.

I specialise in wildlife photography, macro, sport and  3D imaging. I accept commissions and I am available for special events, such as equestrian/sporting competitions.

If you are interested in purchasing any of the images or you have something particular that you are looking for, please do not hesitate to get in touch.

About Me

The first time I remember holding a camera it was an ancient Box Brownie that my grandparent had owned, pointing it and pretending to take photos, whilst looking down into the viewfinder prism.

Then at the age of about 9 I took a trip to Bristol Zoo with my school and I had a brand new Kodak Instamatic to play with. I shot a whole cartridge by lunchtime and another two, which I’d bought at the zoo, before hometime!

I was hooked, even looking back on some of those first photos, I’m amazed I got anything in shot at all. Friends eating a picnic, an Okapi’s backside (well it is stripey!), a Parrot on my arm and a Tapir. Ah! memories.

And that’s just what photography is about, ‘Memories’. Places, people, wildlife, weddings, births, parties, the list of possibilities is  as endless as our imaginations.

By the age of 14 I had saved up enough money to buy my first ‘Proper’ camera, a Canon SLR (which I still own and remarkably, it still works!). That was it, the start of a lifelong love of cameras and photography had started.
